Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman Founder, Owner, & CEO Dr. Lamm-Hartman is an award-winning global executive and presentation coach, leadership development consultant, speaker, writer, and educator. She is the CEO and founder of Inside-Out Learning, Inc., specializing in leadership and personal development. With over 25 years of global experience, Sharon has worked across the United States and Europe as well as Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand for clients such as American Express, GE’s Leadership Development Center, Exxon, E*TRADE, ARCO Chemical Company, Mobil Oil Corporation, Berlex Pharmaceuticals, Fannie Mae, Arizona Society of CPA’s, Volvo Corporation, and Holy Cross Hospital. She has designed and delivered over 1,500 innovative programs, including many executive presence and presentation skills programs. Dr. Lamm-Hartman has coached thousands of CEO’s, executives, educators, professionals, and entrepreneurs worldwide. She worked internally at ARCO Chemical in International Training and Development. She knows what it is like to work internally and has a strong client partnership philosophy. Dr. Lamm-Hartman has been a preferred executive coach for American Express, Astra Zeneca, and Boeing. For the past 10 years, she has been a preferred executive coach for Boeing coaching over 150 plus executives there. Her senior level Vice President and Executive clients consistently experience exceptional results, including promotions, developmental job assignments, and saving Executive–Level Status. Dr. Lamm-Hartman has also designed and is teaching the Executive Presence and Presentation Skills Program at Boeing and several other Fortune 500 companies. Sharon has her SSIB Access and helps executive clients and customer relationships in some classified environments. In addition to her private practice, consulting and being on the global lecture circuit, she is widely published. Dr. Lamm-Hartman has served with the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and Arizona State University’s Dean’s Board of Excellence Mentoring Program. She was the co-founder and first Director of Central Phoenix Women, a networking organization for women business leaders, and wrote a regular column for Phoenix Woman Magazine. Dr. Lamm-Hartman holds a doctorate from Columbia University in Leadership and Organization Development, a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and two Bachelor degrees. Sharon also trained as a Life Coach with world-renowned author and life coach teacher, Dr. Martha Beck. Sharon is a Certified Executive and Presentation Coach and a Certified Teacher of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Columbia University where she has taught Leadership classes to Doctorate Level students. She also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Center for Creative Leadership teaching courses on Developing Leadership Talent. Dr. Sharon has been quoted on her views of coaching in numerous publications including, The New York Times, MORE magazine and Oprah’s magazine O, The Oprah Magazine. Dr. Lamm-Hartman has been honored and received awards from the Center for Creative Leadership and the Academy of Human Resource Development for her work and research on personal transformation and leadership development.

Tom is a lead facilitator of Inside-Out Learning’s Executive Presence and Presentation Skills program who receives rave reviews from program participants.
Deb Alexander Senior Leadership Development Consultant Debra Alexander is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of organizational development and instructional design. Her areas of expertise include improving individual, group and organizational performance, developing instructional materials and building organizational capacity by training trainers. She develops policies and procedures, facilitates groups and leadership retreats, and identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) in support of strategic planning and change initiatives. She completed a M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Development at American University, doctoral studies at Teachers College, Columbia University and received a post-graduate certificate from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas.
Dr. Faye Mandell Senior Leadership Development Consultant Dr. Mandell offers a unique approach to becoming clear, focused and in control. She helps people shift people from reacting to pro-acting. Faye helps people see the drivers of behavior rather than the outcomes. She assists clients who are already successful and would like to go to the next level of competence and expertise in the area of human relationships and authentic communication. Tom Curran, Ph.D. Sr. Consultant, Inside-Out Learning, Inc. Tom has worked with C-suite executives and senior leaders as a leadership development consultant, strategy assistant, presentation skills trainer and executive coach. Tom has also coached several Executives and Vice Presidents at Boeing. An accomplished speaker with expertise in various communication media, Dr. Curren has given more than 2000 presentations to more than 300,000 people across 35 states and six countries working with many Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing. In addition, Tom has hosted a week-day radio program heard in 5 states and produced and hosted more than a dozen television programs broadcasted nationwide. He has also authored 3 books. For more than 20 years, Tom has worked with leaders on developing their skills as communicators, including expertise in one-on-one presentation video review feedback.
Terri Hoskins Global Human Resources Executive Terri is a global Human Resources (HR) executive with over 25 years of experience in Organization Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Design, Assessments, Succession Planning, Talent Management and Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Labor and Employee Relations, Lean Six Sigma, Compensation Systems, and Employee Benefits Strategy and Design. Terri has worked in a variety of global industries including Finance and Banking, Retail, Energy, Hospitality and Services, Manufacturing, and Medical. She serves on the Board of Directors of two Florida-based workforce alliances and is an active member in four other professional organizations, including the National Association of Professional Women. Terri earned a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shepherd College. She is also certified in DDI, Hogan and MBTI products.
Dr. Pete Cuozzo Senior Leadership Development Consultant Pete has worked with CEOs such as Jack Welch, John Trani, Mark Hurd, Jim McNerney, Paolo Fresco, Bob Nardelli, Meg Whitman, Michael Pragnell, Mike Mack and John B. Hess among others. Pete is a business executive with over 30 years experience as a corporate officer, senior HR leader, CEO advisor, executive coach, organization development (OD) partner, and entrepreneur. He has held assignments in Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Transportation/Logistics, & Sourcing in companies such as GE, Stanley Black & Decker, Syngenta, HP and Hess Corporation, the last three companies as vice president of learning, talent and organization development. As head of global executive education at GE, Pete designed and conducted that company’s renowned action learning programs. He’s worked in more than 40 countries, and personally traveled to more than 75.
Ben Alexander Senior Leadership Development Consultant Ben Alexander is a highly experienced trainer and consultant in the areas of HR, EEO and workforce diversity. He has held senior-level HR, EEO and Civil Rights management positions with the U. S. Office of Personnel Management and the Federal Aviation Administration where he served as Chief of Employment for the Headquarters, European and Middle East Regions. Randy Ganacias Sr. Consultant, Inside-Out Learning, Inc. Randy Ganacias has over 10 years of experience as a video production manager, for such companies as Paladin Innovators. He has produced hundreds of hours of contents in areas of education, entertainment, government and more. His has supported clients such as Apollogroup Inc., Marching Order, University of Phoenix, Federal Way Chamber of Commerce and the Port of Tacoma. In addition to his technical background, Randy has a wide range of responsibilities to guide his clients through all aspects of technical product requirements to overall business development though video. Randy has a B.S. in Business Management.
Hilary Weber Executive Coach Hilary Weber is a tech-savvy executive coach with a focus on corporate leadership, executive presence and team facilitation. She holds an MBA from Berkeley-Haas and a CPC from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Hilary has worked extensively with C-level executives in new ventures as well as leaders in large, established organizations. She coaches leaders on shouldering increased responsibility, dealing with challenging interactions, and creating cultures that foster innovation and collaboration. Hilary has spoken at numerous national conferences and other venues. She develops original assessments and tools, and is now writing her first book on leadership.
